01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and tapwin1 ("tapwin1," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the tapwin1 online gaming platform available at tapwin1.net (the "Platform").

03 Account Management

One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to hold only one active tapwin1 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. tapwin1 employs technical and manual detection methods to identify duplicate accounts.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tapwin1 username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your tapwin1 account and not reuse it across other platforms.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• Log out of your tapwin1 account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on tapwin1 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). tapwin1 supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• Bank Transfers: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PESONet

• Bonuses are available to verified tapwin1 account holders only, unless otherwise stated.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

tapwin1 monitors bonus usage and reserves the right to adjust, recalculate, or void bonus balances where abuse is detected. Decisions made by tapwin1 regarding bonus eligibility and compliance are final.

06 Game Rules and Fair Play

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the tapwin1 Platform. Violation of any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of account balances:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any point during account verification.

• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or misrepresent your location.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, disconnections, or system errors.

• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
